Leaning Post Wines is an award-winning, family-owned winery located on the Niagara Escarpment in Lincoln, Ontario. Consistently ranked among the Top 10 wineries in Ontario, Leaning Post is known for its small-lot, artisanal wines and minimal intervention approach to winemaking, allowing the terroir to fully express itself in every glass. Their wines have been featured in top restaurants across Toronto, Montreal, London, and Copenhagen, earning praise from both domestic and international wine critics.

Founded in 2011 by husband-and-wife team Ilya and Nadia Senchuk, Leaning Post began with an old farmhouse, an abandoned vineyard, and a dream. Through years of hard work and dedication, the winery has grown into one of Niagara’s most respected producers, particularly celebrated for its Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from their estate vineyard.

For Muddy Paws, Leaning Post will be pouring Gamay and Pétillant Natural, paired with Halloumi Hound Crostini – grilled halloumi topped with tomato eggplant jam and served with pickled vegetables.
